Horizon213ERP

Modules

Twelve modules. Turn on the ones you use.

A retail shop and an industrial group should not see the same ERP. Every module here can be switched off per company, and a business profile does it for you at setup — so a three-person shop never meets payroll, fixed assets and work orders on its way to an invoice.

The modules

Each one is a switch in company settings. Turning one off removes it from the navigation, not just from the screen.

MOD-01

Sales & invoicing

Quotations, invoices, deliveries, credit notes, agreed customer prices, and customer statements.

MOD-02

Counter sale (till)

Open a till with a float, take sales, keep selling through a dropped connection, close against a counted drawer.

MOD-03

Distribution

Load a van, print the round sheet, settle each stop as delivered or returned, close the round on cash and stock.

MOD-04

Purchasing

Purchase orders, partial goods receipts, supplier invoices matched to what arrived, supplier credits.

MOD-05

Inventory

Balances per warehouse, transfers, adjustments, reorder minimums, and a valued stock figure.

MOD-06

Finance

Cash and bank movements, customer deposits, cheques and traites, bank or CCP statement import and reconciliation.

MOD-07

Fixed assets

Register an asset, run its depreciation, and retire or dispose of it with the entries posted.

MOD-08

CRM & follow-up

Track a potential sale from first contact to the decision, against the same customer record.

MOD-09

People & payroll

Employee directory, work status, absences and leave decisions, monthly payroll runs and payslips.

MOD-10

Projects

Projects with tasks, owners, dates and progress, and the work that gets billed against them.

MOD-11

Operations

Work orders for service, maintenance and delivery jobs that are not a straight product sale.

MOD-12

Reports & oversight

Management reports, the accounting journal and statements, VAT control, and an activity trail of who did what.

What every deployment gets

These are not modules. They are how the product behaves, and no switch removes them.

  • Arabic, French and English, each person choosing their own
  • Right-to-left layout in Arabic, not mirrored French
  • Several companies on one installation, with a read-only group view
  • Access granted per person, per company, with a read-only role
  • Nothing posted is ever edited — corrections are reversals
  • Fields of your own on the records that need them
  • CSV import for contacts, catalogue, open balances and opening stock
  • An activity trail of who changed what, and when
  • Self-hosted or hosted, from the same codebase
  • An optional AI assistant, off until you turn it on and give it a key

Talk to someone about your own setup

A demo shows what the product does. A conversation is what tells you whether it fits how your business actually trades — how many companies, which modules, what you already have to bring in.
